Goodbye Nooksters
Published 1 year, 3 months ago in My life.It seems that despite various pleas and offers the nook admin are content to let this once great site die. It is hardly worth checking in anymore as the content is usually frozen for days on end. No one bothers to comment as they either go astray or take days to appear. I will occasionally check in with you all to see how everything is going but I will no longer be contributing.
I am currently looking for somewhere else to keep up my writing and observations and will let you guys know where that will be in case anyone is interested in keeping in touch.

Me to, i have tried to say goodbye twice, but my msgs - perfectly polite, have been bounced, or some mishap has ensued- again.

Indi, I spoke with Trevor this afternoon. I understand from what he was saying that the nook will be taken off air for two days, and after that will be bigger and better and have some of the features we have all been asking for. So, as the eternal optimist, I am hoping it will happen as he said, and I also hope that you will bide your time, and keep dropping in, and be as pleasantly surprised as I , when Nook emerges as promised.

it’s probably a waste of time putting in this reply ‘cos it probably won’t appear anyway, seeing as none of the ones I posted the last week have.
I totally agree gold, do let us know if you find another site ‘cos this one is finished. I too will miss everyone, I had enjoyed immensely the discussions I’ve had with you all.
Oh and admin if you’re still there it would of been nice if you had the balls to admit you no longer wished to run this site and where closing it down. Also I would appreciate if you could courier my artwork over to the tullamarine office for me to pick up. You have my email so if you could let me know.
