Sad News
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment,
it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person,
which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote “The Hokey Pokey” died peacefully
at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting
him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble
started.

Jokes about the dead?
Larry will be turning around in his grave
Hmmm - but I’ve just had an alarming thought! What if the Hokey Pokey IS what it’s all about!!
Ackbar we need you……
Larry probably would have enjoyed the humour behind the comment as only someone who really enjoyed life could have written those lyrics.
An oldie but a goodie ..cheers!

there is a large base of evidence that the hokey pokey IS indeed what IT is all about…
thank you..
HEHEHE Thankyou - just needed some reassurance
Or is it… perhaps it is a conspiracy to make people who sing off key better about themselves?
Meinrosebud! Another conspiracy theorist! Next you’ll be saying that Sept11 was perpetrated by the US government… Wait somebody already did that one!
It’s a song for the non capitalist among us, money isn’t REALLY what it’s all about, the hokey pokey is.
Thank you for opening my eyes, now I’m off to pay the phone bill with a little hokey pokey….
Wasnt playing the hokey pokey a youth an ism for, you know, having quality time alone with someone special.
